Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 table spoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds, optional
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions:

  1. Combine yogurt, honey and chia seeds in a large bowl until evenly distributed. Fold in blueberries.
  2. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Dollop 2 tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Freeze clusters until completely set, about 1 to 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
