High-Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
● 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
● 4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
● 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
● 1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese, divided
● 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
● 1 teaspoon garlic powder
● 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
● 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
● 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
● 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
● 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional, for garnish
● 3 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish
● Celery sticks, for serving
● Carrot sticks, for serving
● Whole grain crackers, for serving
● Cucumber slices, for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese and buffalo sauce in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of cheese, and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, until combined.
3. Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish in an even layer. Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling, about 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and garnish with blue cheese and green onions. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, crackers or cucumber slices.
