Ingredients:
● 2 ripe avocados, halved, peeled and pitted
● 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
● 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
● 2 scoops (about 30g) chocolate protein powder
● Coconut whipped cream, optional, for topping
Directions:
- Combine avocado, almond milk, cocoa and protein powder in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Divide mousse evenly among serving glasses and transfer to refrigerator to chill for at least 30minutes.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and serve
