Ingredients:

● 2 ripe avocados, halved, peeled and pitted

● 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

● 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

● 2 scoops (about 30g) chocolate protein powder

● Coconut whipped cream, optional, for topping

Directions:

  1. Combine avocado, almond milk, cocoa and protein powder in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Divide mousse evenly among serving glasses and transfer to refrigerator to chill for at least 30minutes.
  3. Top with coconut whipped cream and serve
