Ingredients:
● 1/3 cup rolled oats
● 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
● 2 tablespoons brown sugar
● 1/3 cup unsweetened almond butter
● 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
● 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
● 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Add rolled oats to a food processor and blend until finely ground.
2. Add chickpeas, sugar, almond butter, and vanilla extract and blend until mixture forms a
thick dough. Add chocolate chips and walnuts, and pulse until just combined.
3. Divide into 24 portions and roll into balls. Chill until ready to serve.
