Who Are Stacked Classes Best For?

All fitness levels are welcome in this total body strength training class coupled with cardio intervals to chisel your muscles and condition your heart.  Options are available for everyone to experience a great workout. Stacked progresses from heavy weight to lighter weight and more reps. As stacks become more advanced, you can choose your level of intensity. It’s time for you to stack it up!

Is Stacked a Good Workout?

Using the principle of progressive overload and a pyramid structure, participants in STACKED get huge volume of quality work that becomes manageable with the work-to-rest ratio. The varied workout keeps STACKED fresh and exciting!

  • Progressive Overload Training. Progressive overload is the foundation of the body’s muscular adaptation to exercise. You need to be constantly putting greater demand on the working muscle group for it to respond. STACKED does this through variations in weight, duration of the work efforts, and complexity of the exercise.
  • Pyramid Training. Working up and down a ladder of work efforts increasing and decreasing reps is ideal for breaking through plateaus. These sets activate muscles gradually, then activate the brain to prepare for more complex strength exercises or higher intensities of cardiovascular work.
  • Cardiovascular Training. The cardio stacks challenge the heart to work more efficiently, pumping more oxygen into the system, burning fat, lowering blood pressure, and bolstering the immune system.
  • Strength Training. The strength stacks help build bone density, improve body composition, train posture, and build power for daily living.

How Difficult is STACKED?

6/10. All fitness levels welcome. Options are available to accommodate everybody. In this class, the exercises are STACKED, starting with a base exercise, then adding or stacking exercises to  amp up the exercises. STACKED varies in weight selections and range of motion so both beginners and those in beast mode have an awesome workout.

How Long Is Each Class?

In just 30 minutes, Stacked strengthens and conditions your total body. You’ll feel so strong, chiseled and empowered after 30 minutes, knowing you have sculpted every muscle and improved your heart and lungs too! STACK it up to cardio drills plus strength training in this all-in-one class!
