Is Stiletto Strength Workout a Good Workout? 

Stiletto Strength fortifies the muscles of the upper and lower body, tones and shapes the lower body, improves posture, and provides a great cardiovascular and strength workout. This fun filled, flirty class also focuses on strengthening and toning the core. 

  • Strength Gains: Working primarily on the lower body, this class strengthens the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves while also working on the core. The lower body contains some of the largest and most powerful muscles in the body. By working them along with the core, it is a great body sculpting training session. 
  • Cardiovascular Fitness: Stiletto Strength provides a low impact cardiovascular workout that elevates the heart rate through a series of choreographed dance based-walking-strut sequences. 
  • Core Strength: Core conditioning exercises can be done throughout the workout. Increased core strength helps to provide a firm base of support for virtually all movement. Strength and coordination of the core muscles is important when working out and in the activities of daily life.

What Should I Wear for Stiletto Strength? 

Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat-wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of each exercise.  

Stiletto Strength is designed to be performed without shoes. Stilettos or high heels, boots are worn for the performance phase of the workout. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes that offer support and stability. 

What do I need to Bring?

Hydrate, my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you and keep it within easy reach. Also, pack a towel in your gym bag to catch your sweat, as you will be glowing throughout the strength and choreography components! Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.
